The CX Heroes program brings to life amazing stories about authentic customer experience and celebrates the unsung stars of customer service. We created this initiative at Genesys in order to appreciate the life-changing effects of great customer service, which can be a thankless task at times. We also wanted to celebrate those agents that have simply and continuously delivered customer service excellence.
