Hello. Sawasdee.
Hey ya’ll. Konnichiwa. Hafa adai.
Hello.

I’m a military brat, born in SoCal currently residing in NorCal by way of multiple stops in the southeast and far east—with lots of travel in between. I mention this because the exposure has fundamentally informed my values, communication style, aesthetic, cultural appreciation and most importantly my diet.

Professionally, I’m an agency-bred creative with over 10 years in-house experience leading Brand and Creative for some of the top tech companies including Salesforce, Genesys, Drift and Snowflake.

Prior to going in-house, I cut my teeth at several award winning agencies on a broad range of B2C and B2B brands including: Microsoft, HP, Cisco, Electronic Arts, Lucas Arts, Toyota / Scion, MINI, and Converse to mention a few. During this time, I developed a solid mindset for strategy and messaging. Working on countless briefs, messaging frameworks / platforms, competitive analyses, naming projects, etc. I’ve carried this discipline with me ever since and applied it to countless projects during my in-house tenure.

Over my 15+ years of leading and building teams in both the agency and in-house environments, I’ve developed a well-rounded set of core skills to effectively lead marketing efforts and drive success, including but not limited to following:

Strategic thinking and vision: The ability to develop long-term, innovative marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives. A creative executive should have a clear vision for positioning the brand, product, and services in the market.

Brand building and storytelling: Exceptional branding and storytelling abilities to craft compelling narratives that resonate with the target audience and differentiate the company's offerings in the competitive tech/SaaS landscape.

Data analysis and insights: Strong analytical skills are crucial for making data-driven decisions. A creative executive should be able to interpret data from various sources, such as web analytics, social media metrics, and customer feedback, to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Customer-centric mindset: A deep understanding of customer needs, pain points, and behaviors, and the ability to translate these insights into marketing strategies that deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Collaboration and leadership: Strong leadership skills to inspire and guide cross-functional teams, as well as effective collaboration abilities to work with diverse stakeholders, such as product teams, sales, and customer support.
