The Genesys CX Leaders Council is an elite group within the Genesys community. It’s also an important part of the Genesys global brand. After the corporate rebrand, we wanted to update our core sub brands so they aligned with the new brand. The CX Leaders Council rebrand was a huge success with our customers and internal teams.
